The ERAN CONDOMINIUM (SLURL), based on the elegant THE ATHENA prefab, is the solution which ERAN VIDEOS ISLAND is offering to SL residents who want to have a house or a place to stay without spending excessive amounts of money to purchase land plots, which are becoming more and more expensive day by day.
The luxury building, with a very elegant pool and a nice hall (including a small dance floor with dance machine) has 14 apartments, reachable by a practical teleporter, of 3 different types: small apartments (30 prims available), medium apartments (50 prims available) and penthouses (80 prims available).

The Condominium is protected by a very effective security system, allowing a 10 minutes stay to people whishing to visit empty apartments, and then ejecting; tenants just need to give their friend list to the owner.
Apartments may be rented paying directly the rental boxes by the entrance door of each one of them.
The ERAN CONDOMINIUM is situated on an unique location, close to the NAUGHTY PROJECTS club and to the VERTICAL MALL, and very close to the wonderful VIDEOS BEACH, easily reachable by a wall teleporter outside the building.
